Your Membership is designed to give you series of tools, strategies and support to help you make your career move.  Every month you will get access to a Masterclass which is essentially a series of lessons and exercises, designed to help you on your journey.  

Further to this, you will have access to 2 monthly Live Q&As with me where I will answer questions based on that months' Class, as well as any other questions that are you have on your journey.

Further to this you have access to a Private Members FB group as well as a bonus folder of other useful resources like book recommendations/articles/video links etc.

As much or as little as you want it to.

The beauty of a Membership is that you get to do this at your own pace.  The Masterclasses are in your folder and will be there for you to work through at your own pace.  

You can also feel free to join the live Q&As when you want to to, but if you can't they will all be there for you to watch back when you so feel like it.

If you can't make Q&As you can also submit questions to me prior and I will still endeavour to answer them for you, so you can see them in the replay.

I'd love to say yes to this, but the fact is, is that just like joining a gym doesn't; guarantee you'll have a 6 pack in 6 weeks, the same is true of your Career Change.

I'm been privileged enough to help many, many people successfully change their career but the work is really up to you.   

I will give you all the tools and support I can, which I know works, but you have to implement and do the work to see the change.

It depends. 

I've started working with some people who have shifted within the first month of working with me, but it's also taken some people up to 18 months to make the move that they consider to be the best move for them.

It often depends on what you feel you want to do, for example is it actually a career shift or do you want to set up a business?  

I will give you a series of tools and diagnostic exercises to help you figure this out, and it's this that often determines how long it will take.  

The other important thing to say here, is that I am very much about honouring where you are in the process already, as well as what resources you have to hand.  For example, many people can't just leave a job as they are reliant on their salary etc.  It's because of this and other things that you can't just drop overnight, that we look at slowly making the transition.

Doing it this way, means it's the most honest and sustainable way to move in my experience.

We are never too old to change the quality of the rest of our life and to find a sense of deeper purpose, and this often comes from how we serve/what we do for a living.
